How to Request a Refund

Please include in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • Brief reason for return (optional but helpful)

Return Process

  1. Contact us: Email admin@lyserahealth.com with your order details
  2. Receive instructions: We'll send you return shipping instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the product: Return the product in its original packaging (opened or unopened)
  4. Receive refund: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Return Shipping

Damaged or Defective Products

Order Cancellations

Lost or Stolen Packages
